We require a 40% deposit at the time of booking, unless the holiday is less than four weeks away from the time of booking, in which case the full amount is required. Please send booking deposits to the address on the left.

We ask for an additional £100 deposit, (due two weeks before your holiday and usually returnable immediately afterwards), as security against excessive breakages or damage.

The house is available for short breaks outside the main holiday periods, rates are usually charged on a percentage basis of the weekly rate. Please contact us for more information, we will always try to be as flexible as possible.
