The house enjoys
beautiful views of Penpoll Creek, complete with abundant birdlife, and
boats bobbing on their moorings, and the beautiful rolling hills
beyond.
The creek runs directly in front of the house, where
particularly at low tide, children can safely paddle, build dams and
feed the resident swans and ducks. |

gardens which surround the house, and directly adjoin the river, are
predominantly grass, and wild orchards smothered in winter and spring
bulbs and wild flowers in the summer. They offer acres of
potential adventures for budding Swallows and Amazons, or Famous Five
fans, who can run free in this glorious setting.
